Responsibilities:
  • Review collection teams on various parameters and ensure unit’s objective is uncompromised
  • Monitor performance of telecalling teams and address performance deficiencies
  • Flow rates to be tracked. Ensure inventory management through resolution, roll back, normalization for the bucket and take proactive steps to control/ reduce inventory for the bucket/location
  • Incumbent will need to visit customers directly for the collection purpose including spoke location visits
  • Will need to ensure utilization of Legal tools in the collection process.
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good Command over Hindi & English.
  • Prior experience in telecalling unit or team management is needed for the role.
  • Candidate should be self motivated and target oriented.
